He declines to disclose how many prospective buyers are involved in the negotiations or to name names. The type of transaction may vary depending on the buyer, meaning that Vesper could be sold in parts.
Qualcomm announced it would sell Vesper after Anatel refused the CLEC permission to launch a full mobile service over its WLL network at 1900 MHz under its PCS license, which was granted for 1800 MHz.
